This Weekends Workshop

I had a very successful first workshop and we had a blast!! I was very nervous at first but once I got into it the nerves just seemed to die down. We made 3 projects (2 cards and a 3-D project). At the end of the workshop everyone was already talking about the next one. so I have a few ladies that are in the process of hosting the next few workshops!!! I am so excited about this, my daughter and I are going to brain storm the next few days on what the next projects are going to be and I am going to make a video today of what we did last night at the workshop and post it tomorrow. I think I might do a couple of videos so that I have them lined out for the week so i can stay caught up. I am also in the process of working out by business hours and the day that you can get a hold of me. But I was so excited about my first workshop that I couldn't wait til Monday to post about it!!

Thanks for stopping by!!!

Oh my what at night!

I got the wild idea to try and make a quilted pillow. So I sat down at my husbands grandmas old Dressmaker sewing machine and went to work. It is a total of 8 squares front and back. I have never in my life made something like that. When I was in school we had Home-Ec and we didn't even make things like that. It is very late (it is around midnight here and now). I don't know what gave me the urge to do it so late b ut I had fun. I will post pictures later.

Thanks for stopping by.
